Made a claim on our Ensurall extended warranty for the first time yesterday at the dealership we've been using for years. Service advisor said Ensurall was easy to deal with and paid the claim within 20 minutes. Can't ask for better than that. Looking forward to the same kind of fast and hassle-free service in the future.
So far so good! I had a fuel injector go on my truck. They covered it no questions asked. I have the best package with them so i dont know if that makes a difference. But the customer service was fantastic and the process was very easy to be quite honest! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a warranty company.
Customer service is excellent. Phone was answered all the time, calls returned in a timely fashion. I purchased a very expensive coverage plan, for a vehicle that was at the time 4 years old, not many KM’s, suspension included. I needed rear spring bushings replaced, my plan covered it. Said it verbatim in the coverage letter. I had to fight to get the claim covered, in the end they called it a good will payment and only covered parts and labour but refused the fasteners replacement cost.
I purchased a comprehensive extended warranty 1 year ago from Ensurall and just had my first claim last week which was fully covered without any drama. Ensurall did exactly what they promised - and I bought - but it is appreciated that things went smoothly. My service shop dealt directly with them and also said it was a very good experience. Thanks and highly recommended.
They covered my last repair which was very positive. I was denied warranty coverage on previous claims since some of the items were not included on the coverage profile. I recommend purchasing one of the warranty plans that provides maximum coverage. If I buy another used car I will most likely buy an extended warranty again.
