Purchased warranty approximately a year ago on a 4 year old vehicle nearing 100 000km. Finally had the opportunity to take advantage of my purchase due to a leaking water pump. Ensurall covered the costs as per my written agreement and best part was they did all the work with the dealer. All I had to do was get the vehicle there. So far I am very pleased with their service.
Huge thanks to ensurall claims team for rectifying and approving the claim. Whole process was easy and they are quick with response. For anyone looking to get the warranty, remember that it is a listed parts covered warranty. All parts listed will be covered and labor too. I bought the all inclusive for my range rover, because I know the repairs and parts are not cheap. Once again, thanks to ensurall team for dealing with my mechanic and for a hassle free experience.
I bought the fully loaded warranty through Ken, who was great in answering all my questions in regards to the warranty and the coverage I was purchasing. Fast forward three years, and I had my first claim. My Ford dealership submitted the claim to Ensurall late in the day and I am pretty sure Ensurall was closed at that time. Great company and customer service. The price was reasonable for a fully loaded warranty plan. Sales process was easy and I just had my first issue with the car that wasn't covered under the warranty but Ensurall offered a goodwill coverage as I thought the coverage would apply. Excellent overall service and couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend.
Service was good but my only issue was communication with myself the customer. My mechanic isn’t very tech savvy with computers so I submitted the claim and the quote to complete the work but the department wasn’t communicating with me so I had no idea if more information was required or if the claim was going to be approved. I did request to the claims department that I would be the point of contact. But everything else seemed to go through smoothly.
