Purchased warranty approximately a year ago on a 4 year old vehicle nearing 100 000km. Finally had the opportunity to take advantage of my purchase due to a leaking water pump. Ensurall covered the costs as per my written agreement and best part was they did all the work with the dealer. All I had to do was get the vehicle there. So far I am very pleased with their service.
I bought the fully loaded warranty through Ken, who was great in answering all my questions in regards to the warranty and the coverage I was purchasing. Fast forward three years, and I had my first claim. My Ford dealership submitted the claim to Ensurall late in the day and I am pretty sure Ensurall was closed at that time. Great company and customer service. The price was reasonable for a fully loaded warranty plan. Sales process was easy and I just had my first issue with the car that wasn't covered under the warranty but Ensurall offered a goodwill coverage as I thought the coverage would apply. Excellent overall service and couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend.
The team at Ensural are great! Had to service my vehicle, I still go to my local dealer where I purchased the car. There was zero hassle, after the repair was completed, the service guy handed me my keys the same way they did when the car was new & on warranty, he wished me a great day & I was off. It’s great not having the stress of car repair expenses.
This was my first time filing a claim. Everything was resolved within a few hours, directly at the dealership and to my satisfaction. The dealership dealt directly with the company, so all I had to do was pay my deductible. So far, so good excellent service.
