Had a great experience with Ensurall. Was very sceptical about this company in the beginning. Had my first claim ever. After shop submitted all requested documents claim was approved in hour. Called to adjuster to ask questions. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Well done… Definitely recommend!!!
You never know when you'll need an extended warranty until you really do. My moment came during a road trip in the US when my car's AC stopped working. Made a claim on our Ensurall extended warranty for the first time yesterday at the dealership we've been using for years. Service advisor said Ensurall was easy to deal with and paid the claim within 20 minutes. Can't ask for better than that. Looking forward to the same kind of fast and hassle-free service in the future.
I purchased a comprehensive extended warranty 1 year ago from Ensurall and just had my first claim last week which was fully covered without any drama. Ensurall did exactly what they promised - and I bought - but it is appreciated that things went smoothly. My service shop dealt directly with them and also said it was a very good experience. Thanks and highly recommended.
So far so good! I had a fuel injector go on my truck. They covered it no questions asked. I have the best package with them so i dont know if that makes a difference. But the customer service was fantastic and the process was very easy to be quite honest! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a warranty company.
