Has to be the worst experience! I placed an order online, upgrade and paid additional shipping for 3 day delivery! So I would have it by Easter, I get my delivery details and it will not arrive until Monday! I call Customer Service spoke with Rachael! And she tells me I can't count the day it ships (why? Because you don't even create a lable until almost 1 pm the next day) and that I can not include weekends because if you upgrade to Express they do not deliver in the weekends!!
