I recently had a radon mitigation system installed by Pascal. He was very knowledgeable, and was professional throughout the entire process. My radon levels went from 300+ to consistently <10. He even came back after radon levels stabilized to install a lower capacity fan to reduce electricity usage and energy loss with no noticeable change to radon levels.
Kevin did a pre-purchase home inspection for us. Very professional and experienced. We had to delay our appointment due to a snow storm. He was very understanding about that and suggested an alternative date. On the day of the inspection, he got there in time and had already inspected the backyard when we got there.
