I saw Mary who I could recommend more. This was my second round of surgeries and my first go around the swelling lasted for months and was uncomfortable. This go around I scheduled multiple sessions with Mary and saw a massive difference. I started seeing her on my 3 weeks post op and now ending my sixth week and the swelling is way down. Obviously some light walks and low sodium diet along with the massages is recommended.

I've had several lymphatic drainage massages with Mary (pre-surgery and post-surgery). It's definitely made a difference! I had very little swelling immediately after the surgery, thanks to her massages beforehand. When I returned >1 month after surgery because I had swelling from circulation problems, I noticed my swelling improved after just after one session. Mary is very skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Mary for MLD. Whether you’re dealing with edema post-surgery, are undergoing cancer treatment, or have any inflammation you want to remedy, Mary has a wealth of knowledge and years of experience in body work. She’s also kind, down-to-earth, and goes above and beyond to help her clients feel better. I came to her with significant edema causing me great discomfort following a major surgery, and I left her office with noticeable improvement after the first visit! Truly, I was amazed. I was looking for things to help with my healing journey and lymphatic drainage was suggested to me by a friend. I had done at least one lymphatic drainage massage before so when Mary was recommend to me, I thought I knew what to expect.
