The food and service were excellent and prices were reasonable. Will definitely dine there again.
The sushi was very good, but the service was horrible, and my pad tai was a bowl of mushy overcooked rice noodles with the occasional piece of chicken and even less occasional piece of shrimp. If you go there sit at the sushi bar and enjoy the sushi. You can get better Chinese anywhere without paying $25 for general tao's chicken.
We didn't have a good experience. My group went for a bachlorette party and while food was okay, the service was snotty and horrible. We honestly only had them come back to check once and didn't refill drink or dessert orders. I felt horrible for my friend and while maybe a "bad server" situation, was disappointed overall. Took a lot for us to go out and it was ruined by server sucking
Just Fabulous!!! – The sushi was amazing and they have an absolutely wonderful selection of sake and other drinks. I've also had the opportunity to taste some of their other menu items and it was absolutely delicious! The decor and atmosphere of the establishment complimented the food beautifully! I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone! Thanks for the great service and food!
The Best Sushi in Charlotte – Let me start out by saying that Enso, without a doubt, has the best sushi in the Charlotte area. I normally am not a fan of the cuisine, but the sushi was so fresh and well-prepared that it absolutely trumped any that I have ever had before. Nice Gathering Place – We visited this restaurant on a Thursday evening and there was no wait. The decor is amazing and the ambiance really set the mood. The food sushi was pretty good but the prices were outrageous. $15 for a martini and my husband paid $25 for four 'jumbo'shrimp.
Great Ambiance, Overpriced – Had dinner the the other evening at Enso in the Epicentre and just like every other place in the Epicentre it's busy, but the quality of food at Enso is a good reason for the crowd. Best Sushi in CLT. They have a great happy hour(4-7), $5 sushi rolls and $3 beer and wine! Service is always good, and the fresh sushi is incredible.
We had reservations for 7:30. Dinner party did not get seated until 9 PM!!!!!!! Waitress was slow and did not keep up with guests drinks and food. Atmosphere was great. Great details and look. Restrooms were not well marked but beautiful once you found them! Great presentation of food. Food was good once it finally got to us but we were starving.
