The staff was awesome. Supper friendly and chill. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I will for sure be going back there again. I absolutely love the face to face customer service vs talking to someone in India.
I was giving a loaner phone while my new Silver one Came in. When I went to get it, it seemed that the silver one did not make it but a blue one. So I was given the blue one. But, somehow, I was being charged for the silver one even though I never got it. I went back twice and talked to the gentleman who said I see what the problem is And I will have it fixed.
