Went in to get a new phone since mine was dying quickly. Process was smooth, from the purchasing of the phone to getting everything transferred over. The guy that helped me was SOOO friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Made an appointment with the store to upgrade two phones. We’ve waited for an hour already, behind a line of other customers, and the single sales associate has yet to acknowledge our presence. After driving an hour to get to this showroom (Verizon in Salida), we have decided to leave, and find another Verizon store to do business with. Disappointed. We won’t do business with Russell Cellular again.
