Wifes phone was locked up. Went to the Salida Russell Cellular Verizon store, they couldnt get it to work. She had insurance, so they gave her new phone, but it was locked, and they could not unlock it. They told her to take it home and try entering numbers. Yes, that is true. Of course, it never worked. She took it back. He tried to charge a restock fee of $50, even though they could not get the phone to work.
