Was sold a defective device from the start here at this location and I'm not local to the area and was a 3 hr drive away back home by the time found out spoke with the guy here he couldn't be of any help, got a hold of customer service to send the device back they received within theyre time and even received confirmation of theyre depot receiving it and yet somehow still get charged for said device. Very horrible service here go anywhere but here!

I don’t know whether Verizon hires liars, or trains their employees to lie. We live 60 miles from this store. We bought a new phone. They didn’t have the case we wanted, but said they could order it. Since we live so far away, they promised to mail it to us. We didn’t receive it, so began a very stressful process of trying to track it down.
