Extremely efficient. The installer was professional and worked quickly.
Just had the worst experience at this Verizon store. I don’t leave negative reviews unless it was a slap in my family’s face. One employee working and took 35min to acknowledge we were in the store. My wife and I were prepared to upgrade her phone AND add a line for our daughter to get a gizmo watch which we need ASAP. After waiting 1.50 hours we decided to leave early and have to call corporate.
The best experience I could’ve asked for! Mason was incredibly helpful, honest, and made me enjoy my time there while I set up a new phone plan. 100% recommend coming to this location and I’ll look forward to coming back.
Actually an awesome experience. I was in and out very quickly. Love my new iPhone.
