Mayson went above and beyond helping me and other customers there. She deserves a 10 out of 10. And a couch to sit on to lol
I am very pleased with how friendly Mason is. She was very professional and knew what she was doing to help me with a new phone. Phone shopping is always stressful but she was very helpful. We only go to Russell Verizon for our phone needs. Less stress and less wait time.
