I feel like they should make it more clear on Google maps that this isn’t an actual Verizon store, this is a third-party nightmare, waiting to happen. Curse Verizon for allowing third-party Retailers. The employees assured me that going out of country, after replacing my phone and setting up a new account that there would be no issues or complications with overseas travel. What a lie that was. The 5 stars are for the employees at the Russell cellular outfit, Maysen, Madysen, and Ian who advocated for us, sat on hold with us, helped us through every step of fraudulent business charges that no one in Verizon departments would take responsibility for and fix! I transferred from a business to personal account with 4 year old paid off phones and business attached phone contracts for other lines to my numbers and refused to fix it! That was a terrible idea....Shoulda come to my favorite Verizon store, and never tried another. You were so quick to help and not quit, until my dilemma was completely, and correctly handled! Even though I'd purchased my phone at (the other) Verizon Store. I learned my lesson girl, I'll be back there for all my needs Verizon 💯 good job.
