Drove from 50 miles away to purchase a new iPhone. The device cost was $68 more than it would have been online from Verizon or from a regular Verizon store, or 3rd party seller like Best Buy or Target. Then they also added an extra $15 "I-Rewards" fee that they didn't say anything about. I didn't know about it til I looked closer at the invoice when I got home. I've been a Verizon customer for years and pay a ridiculous for unlimited phone/text/data so for me NOT to get ANY signal at all is absolutely ludicrous. I've called customer service til I'm blue in the face with no results. A man in India told me I was connected to "the best tower around" lol. Very disappointed.
