Wow. I’ve dealt with some rude individuals in the past but this takes the cake. Both people who “helped” me were rude, on their phones, and hanging out in the back the whole time.
This was by far the worst experience I've had with Verizon. Both store employees were incredibly rude to myself and my wife. If I didn't have to pay a restocking fee I would already have taken my business elsewhere. We will be switching to AT&T because of this experience.
When the other store in Glenwood closed before 5 I drove to this store thinking they may be open (online says open until 7) but they too were closed by 5. I don't get it. I guess if you work a normal 9-5 you can't go into a Verizon store in Glenwood until Saturday.
