Bought a new phone and had to take it back because there was issues with messaging, I was told not to worry about it because it was a Google issue. I disagree...
One bad review after another, and after today I can see why. This Verizon store in Trinidad is the worst. I waited for half an hour after the employee told me it would be 10 minutes. When he finally waited on me and I told him that my phone had gone berserk and was running one ad after another he rudely said "We don't do trouble shooting here, All I can do do is sell you a new phone." The trinidad colorado Verizon store guy knows his stuff ! I'm from small town Raton which is almost 20 miles over a pass from Trinidad. The Verizon store here was mismanaged so it got shut down. This guy has been nothing but great . In fixing a phone for me and the purchase of a new phone (added a line) later. A big thumbs up!
