Jody was absolutely amazing! He went with everything that came our way. Helped get my husbands new phone purchased and switched over, helped set up a new number for one of my kids and even got us going on WiFi for our house!!!!! He was calm and did not make us feel like an inconvenience. And he smiled the whole way through. And he handled clients coming in with such professionalism as he was the only one working.
Jody was great and made getting a new line as easy as can be! Perfect service.
Went in to shop for a new plan as I plan on switching. Aden was doing his best managing the amount of customers while having little to no help. Verizon needs to hire extra workers or give this poor man a raise. Aden was super informative, professional and kind despite the chaos he was experiencing. Props to you Aden for your hard work and diligence. Hopefully you will get more help or a raise for all of the things you do.
