It took Ensign Engineering a month and a half to put together the plans for my 35x45 foot steal garage. I opted to do footing and foundation vs. a slab. Once I received the plans, the plans were over complicated and over engineered. This was verified by 3 concrete contractors, and a different engineering firm. The plans themselves were not clear and were difficult to read, especially compared to plans from other engineering firms. Survey conducted way off in the favor of developers when ask how there survey is so far out of wack the gentleman said that property lines change and couldn’t explain how the line changed in 30 feet in the favor of developer over night.
