Horrible system!!!
As others have pointed out, this system is useless. No streaming options other than Netflix and YouTube? Why? What's the point of even having those limited options? And they don't work. I had to unplug the box twice because the system would freeze and become non-responsive. I gave up. System also would not even login to YouTube. Marriott is paying for this useless system -- a system far subpar compared to Hyatt and other competitors. It's enough to make me think twice about another Marriott booking.
Trying to watch Netflix, it's just a big pixelated blue.
The worst provider there is. Support hardly ever answers a call. Netflix and YouTube’s 702 error is just appalling. These hotels should opt out for better services.
