Ensemble consistently runs claims incorrectly and incredibly slow. No phone number to talk to these people and when you call your number on your site it's never "business hours". Health providers and insurance can't even get a hold of Ensemble - it's email only. What a joke!
I was contacted by a recruiter for a PRN position at a hospital. I was definitely interested in the position since it was more clerical than clinical. I even went to meet with the manager, I believe at the hospital. I’ve sent multiple emails just to see the status of my application and if they have still not hired applicants for the position ot if the position was filled. Would give a zero star. Worst employer i have ever worked for. Form the Onboarding problems of downloading documents they say they never received continued to get a lab bill for bloodwork they wanted me to do which i got sent to collections for they were supposed to pay this bill. Manager and supervisor came to work dressed for the night time bar hopping life. Flirting with men half dressed. So unprofessional. Cons: Poor communication, very disorganized, low compensation, no growth path. Most companies keep politics out of the workplace, one of the SVPs proudly parades their politically aligned mug around. Leadership is difficult to trust. Pro: Remote work
