Horrible company to work for. They don’t pay a living wage (ceo makes almost 1 million a year while its employees pay 200 a pay check for insurance plus a high deductible), micromanage everything from what they want you to do for work, when you Can and cannot use the restroom. HSHS and Ensemble are a joke! 9 weeks of dealing with billing issues from HSHS. HSHS uses them for billing and they can't answer a calls. NOBODY answers the phone during business hours. Was able to find an extension for HR. Apparently, NOBODY works on a Tuesday at 10:30, either. HSHS and Ensemble are by far the worst companies I've have HAD to work with. Wish there was a way for both companies to take accountability but that would be asking waaaay to much.
The worst experience I have ever had with a company in regards to onboarding. I accepted a job offer with this company a month ago and have been asked 10 times to submit information that I provided verbally and via email. I was already hesitant bc of their reputation but I needed a job for the time being. If you can please accept an offer elsewhere and save yourself the headache.
This company interviewed, and offered me a position in a different state I am moving to. They were aware of this. During the onboarding it was discovered my id me was still under my married name. It was resolved. The company kept sending drug screening orders in my married name and to be done in the state I was not living in yet. This kept needing to be corrected.
