Ensemble has absolutely went downhill. Every department is on the phones no, no matter your title. Leadership is near impossible to get ahold of for any help or issues that have came up. Everyone’s burnt out, and ready to quit. Breaks were cut to two 10 mins breaks, and 30 min lunch. Hiring anyone who’s willing to come on, and NO ONE is staying. Use caution while on your job search, this is NOT A LONG TERM JOB OR A STEADY JOB TO FEED YOUR FAMILY WITH! 🚩
I’ve been working at Ensemble Health Partners for less than a month as a remote Revenue Integrity Analyst, and I can honestly say it was the worst career decision I’ve ever made. This company is solely focused on metrics and operates with nonstop micromanagement. I’ve never worked anywhere where supervisors log in to monitor your training sessions on Teams.
