I've had this group out many times over the years and continue to rely on them.
Office lady has the people skills of a rock and also unwilling to help at all, Politely Asking for the information of the call we had to be placed in to an email so I have evidence of what was going on (so there is a paper trail). We have a washer/dryer with a fault under warranty and these guys are the middle man and closest tech which couldn't come out to look at it which is fair enough.
