Is there a way I could get a hold of an owner or something from this company and discus their dismissive technical support. It seems I can’t get a hold of my vendor who can’t offer the technical support that I’m supposed to receive for a lifetime of the equipment that I purchased through him as an authorized distributor for ENS security. Otherwise, I would warn anyone working with any distributor that’s buying their product, due to their very short and almost “annoyed that you’re calling” technical support staff.
