It was my first time visiting ENS in Brooklyn, NY today. I could not be more impressed with their operation. The parking I feared would be tough but that was not the case at all. Branch Manager Lindsey Hu was helpful, accommodating and very knowledgeable. Jackson & Calvin were equally phenomenal! Kudos to them and the professional business they are currently running
12:30 PM on a Sunday and they haven’t even attempted to shovel from 36 hours before. A full sheet of ice outside and I slipped so hard that my Apple Watch registered the fall and called SOS. When I went inside to ask who was responsible for shoveling, nobody answered or had any regard for my well being. Two men laughed at me, one actually asked what I wanted him to do, no one went to get the manager Jason out of a meeting, somebody pulled out a shovel, but still didn’t go outside to take care of it.
