I love ordering from Enroute. They ship fast to Montreal and they have all the brands I like. Will 100% continue to order and tell my friends about the shop. They’re 15% deal on kits is great
Ordered a gift online, told to pick up at store during business hours. Arrive at store 3.40pm, 20min before close on Saturday December 21 to find store closed early with no notice. Store does not answer phone or Instagram messages. When picked up item in store, staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, glaring at me as I walked in the door. Would never buy from them again.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. I placed an order based on their site prices only to find that they had made a mistake on their pricing. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake on the product I ordered, the store manager (Sebastian) offered a small discount on another product. When I asked for a discount on the product I ordered, he gave me the price that they put online. I experience great service when I was there. I was looking for new gloves and the person working there came up to me and provided recommendations. Their gear is top tier and the exchange rate is a bonus.
I recently purchased two cassettes from this bike shop’s website, but had to return one because of a minor compatibility issue. I drove all the way to their store with the unused item, only to be greeted with a “warm” refusal to process returns. Apparently, they’re firm believers that returns should be approved online first—never mind that their website seems to have no clue what a return option is, despite proudly advertising a 30-day return policy on every product page.
