excellent customer service, respectful, hardworking
newly new to the area , was looking on yelp for help finding a good local repair shop to repair my A/C . he's the only one who said that I should take my car back to shop that did work on it before I moved to the area from Tennessee. and even sent a couple follow up questions to ask if I had gotten it taken care of , had time off work so ran by his shop , and after meeting with him and talking about my problems. he gave me a price and was able to get it in quickly. The owner don't do nothing but flirt with females. Smh.
I bring my truck in to have it trouble shoot, I know I had a bad battery told him this when I had it dropped off. I call back a few days later to get the down low on what’s going on. He said I need a starter, But the starter engaged the fly wheel several times before I had it towed to his place of business as I was jumping it off. Not only did he take my starter off without even calling me. I know for a fact it was not my starter. I have changed the starter on my caprice twice.
