I first called and spoke with Nicole. She was extremely helpful and listened with care as I was inquiring about a rug repair. Today I brought my rug in and was so grateful to Frank and Mike for getting it out of my car, it weighs as much as I do and they were very nice and smiling as they brought it in to be assessed. The owner, Frank, is a great guy. Best customer service. He has a lot of pride in his family's company and it definitely shows. He will go above and beyond to make sure you're happy. I will be doing business with again. Update. Had to take a star off. I would not recommend the rug repair service. Was told before I agreed to the repair that the rug would look like new. In reality, I got the rug back and i'm missing about half an inch on the corner due to what I would describe as a less than perfect wrap on the corner. Very... read more

Frank is literally a miracle worker. We have a very light gray and expensive wool rug which had black furniture stain imbedded in the fibers along one side, where a bookcase sat upon it. We discovered it when we moved. I tried to clean it with my own carpet cleaner, and it just made the stain spread. Then, a friend power washed the rug. Huge mistake! Edited to 3 stars because they accepted responsibility and did try to make it right afterwards. Original: After emailing with their customer service who said i could drop off my rug from 9 - 3 pm today (I did specify 29 March in the email), I am here outside their door and was greeted by the sign that says they closed at 12 today. I drove from Biloxi, MS and now I've wasted 3 hours to drive here and drive home without being able to drop off my carpet. ... Once again I have to hand it to Frank and his team at Enrique's. The only word to accurately sum up the quality of work is: WOW! Once again, my rugs were saved. During Isaac, my apartment had a tremendous amount of water intrusion, which entered via the ceiling. Luckily for Allstate, that somehow gave them reason to deny my claim. But that is another story, that I'm sure was replicated throughout the city on numerous occasions.
