Dr. Vega performed my emergency appendectomy at Winter Park Advent Hospital. He thoroughly explained the procedure in pre-op. He answered questions and reviewed a few what-if scenarios. I never felt like he was rushing to get on to the next patient. He reviewed surgery results post-op with family. He had pictures to show them from the surgery to further explain in detail. My experience was amazing. From the very first consultation, I felt confident. I didn’t know him, and no one had recommended him to me, but the way he explained both the pros and cons gave me trust.
