Dr Perez listens to my questions, answers all of them clearly and makes explanations for me to understand ( and remember) if needed. He is very knowledgeable and I’m quite sure pretty much the best in the business. He makes everything less scary.
"Nightmare" experience over 3 years, 2 surgeries on my right ear, and still have to use a hearing aid. He doesn't listen.
