I was skeptical at first because there were very few reviews and they weren’t the greatest to be honest. But I had a short window to get my alcohol screening done and their availability fit my needs, but most importantly out of all the licensed counselor places on the DMV’s list that I called, all those other places charged WAY more. Damn near double. I would not recommend this place to anyone I setup a class with the lady Francine Akins-Arbuckle, I came in on time on the date she setup when I showed up she did not remember me and went on say due to some personal issue she had cancelled the class without reaching out or calling /sending an email nothing. When I told her next time to please call me ahead of time to let me know and that I had to get on the bus she caught a attitude saying you do not have to come here you could go else where.
