I saw Rich before and after running my first marathon and he is very knowledgeable in sports preparation and recovery for runners/athletes. He helped my body feel relaxed and ready for my race and made a big difference in my recovery post-race. I felt comfortable the whole time and he was super accommodating to my schedule. I highly recommend Rich for anyone looking to get a massage— he’s one of the best!

Rich has been my masseuse for 10 + years and he has always delivered. He takes the time to ask what I’m looking for and uses his knowledge and expertise to execute. He is very professional and always makes me feel comfortable. His clinic is warm and welcoming. 10/10 recommend.

Suffered with pinched nerve pain in my upper shoulder and neck area for a long time and the time, care and massage provided helped ease my pain dramatically. Definitely recommend this place to anyone suffering from stiff or painful neck pain.
