I am still relatively new to yoga, I have only done 3 classes so far and they have all been here at Enrich. I never figured I would be the type of person to try yoga, but at this time in my life I have been dealing with a lot of mental stress & just generally feeling on edge, so I thought heck why not give it a try. This is the hidden gem of Hazeldean! Such a welcoming studio. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful. I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and have really enjoyed trying all the different classes. The small class sizes create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. I would totally recommend this yoga studio for new and long time yogis!
