On the 17/3/25 at 12pm I was assaulted by a home care worker while in the rockingham shopping centre, I rang the company for some kind of resolution, I was dismissed over the phone, and haven't been contacted since. I have absolutely no faith in this company or the aggressive workers they hire. I have been struggling with my mental health since. So unprofessional and disgusting behaviour by a worker doing shopping for a client, i watched her walk up to a lady and her child in the Rockingham city shopping centre and strike the mother in the throat, then raise her hand to the kid when she tried to get in-between to protect her mother. I wouldn't recommend this service to care for anything more than a goldfish even then I'd set up cameras. So pathetic. This was the gross thing that hit the lady.

We initially chose Enrich Living because through the sales process they listened attentively, demonstrated understanding, and gave the appearance of a professional organisation. My mother in law is in her 70s and has some mental and physical heath challenges. She is however capable and able-bodied and does not require specialised care - just social support with consistent carers with whom she can build a relationship of trust. A most unprofessional organisation, my application was forwarded to them in September after an assessment was lodged, after 3 months I rang for an update only to be informed I was not registered with them, they had cancelled my application without any communication, at no time during the waiting period did I receive a courtesy call advising me of their decision, the staff member I spoke to was underwhelming in her response, an apology would have been nice. Be very wary of this organisation they lack both service and courtesy
