The worst home care people I’ve ever seen or heard of. They keep your funds and refuse to pay for what you need. I do not recommend them even if they were the last ones on earth.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Enrich Living is hands down the most incompetent and uncaring company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They simply do not return calls, and when they finally do, they never leave a direct number so you’re forced to go back through their useless call centre, which has no idea who called you or what’s happening. Signed up in Feb 2025 and nothing heard in 5 months when I had to ring them I need nursing and domestic support. I may have to find another provider
On the 17/3/25 at 12pm I was assaulted by a home care worker while in the rockingham shopping centre, I rang the company for some kind of resolution, I was dismissed over the phone, and haven't been contacted since. I have absolutely no faith in this company or the aggressive workers they hire. I have been struggling with my mental health since. So unprofessional and disgusting behaviour by a worker doing shopping for a client, i watched her walk up to a lady and her child in the Rockingham city shopping centre and strike the mother in the throat, then raise her hand to the kid when she tried to get in-between to protect her mother. I wouldn't recommend this service to care for anything more than a goldfish even then I'd set up cameras. So pathetic. This was the gross thing that hit the lady.
