The Enphase Solar System is the best system on the market. After completing all of the required course work I was able to install and commission the system myself. I’ve had my solar panel system for 12 years My system is monitored by Enphase Energy I just changed Internet providers and was having a difficult time reconnecting my system, but Enphase Energy customer Service was happy to help me in this process even after 12 years that’s what I call Excellent customer service.
I've been having issues since the install and enphase has been trying to help with solutions to the problem. Still having issues so not sure how they are going to handle it warranty wise.
LOVE the solar panels, we love the battery backup saves us so much money. One thing I like to ask is there are a couple panels that don't produce a lot, and we were supposed to have them looked at but haven't yet. Also, would really like for the panels to be in place like they are on the App, so we know which ones are not producing. When we call the Enphase customer service they are always pleasant
