Honestly, the guy that helped me was a saint. I had a difficult time understanding his dialect so he would have to repeat himself several times. I did apologize for my inability to understand him. It took us about 35 minutes to figure out how to get my Wi-Fi reconnected . I don’t understand why Enphase won’t allow you to use a symbol in your password. Very satisfied with product & customer service was able and explain to me in layman’s terms how solar system works, input & output.
Every time I call (not very often) their customer service people are great. One time I couldn’t fix the connection issue and they came right over and fixed it in 15 minutes. From the salesperson who sold us the panels to the Customer Service team we have Zero Complaints.
