The Enphase Solar System is the best system on the market. After completing all of the required course work I was able to install and commission the system myself. At that time, Enphase was the only system that allowed me to integrate my Generac generator into my backup power system. Even Generac’s PowerCell system could not do that. I’ve had my solar panel system for 12 years My system is monitored by Enphase Energy I just changed Internet providers and was having a difficult time reconnecting my system, but Enphase Energy customer Service was happy to help me in this process even after 12 years that’s what I call Excellent customer service.
LOVE the solar panels, we love the battery backup saves us so much money. One thing I like to ask is there are a couple panels that don't produce a lot, and we were supposed to have them looked at but haven't yet. Also, would really like for the panels to be in place like they are on the App, so we know which ones are not producing. When we call the Enphase customer service they are always pleasant
Enphase micro inverts are rugged and dependable. Apps are a good way to monitor output and individual performance. Highly recommend
