The customer support was great. I was a little frustrated attempting to reconnect my WI-FI attempting every procedure listed. Nothing worked. Late on a Sunday evening… I was surprised to hear a Customer Support Technical answer. He was professional, confident, and asked if he could video link the call to see what I’d been going through.
