Enphase Tech came out and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They replaced the affected micro-inverters and explained the issue and resolution clearly and answered all my questions to our satisfaction. Great work!!
Enphase energy manages our solar system. Always on top of our energy production. I’ve had a couple of times I’ve needed to have an installer come over and assist getting my system back on track. Customer service sends a tech and they too very knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to Enphase and their team. One wish though: wish they had techs in the Corpus Christi, Coastal Bend area. So it does take some coordination to get er done…
Enphase service has been excellent, to finally get my system fully operating. Correcting original installation mistakes and abandonment.
Excellent American product with excellent customer service. Had one of my micro inverters go out. They verified it and sent me a new one under warranty. No fuss.
Great experience with sales and install. The ap works well and I love the lower electric bill. The glitch with the power recording was handled professionally and now works fine. The help line could use some improvement, however.
