Ordered semaglutide from this pharmacy , package ended up getting stolen so i never received my medication and they were very understanding and told me they would immediately resend a replacement-thought the process was going to be very difficult and expensive so it was a major relief they were so understanding and i was able to talk to someone immediately!! 10/10
I’ve used Enovex as my compounding pharmacy for over 5 years and in the last year, they have become incredibly incompetent with poor quality product and service. They regularly ship my medication to the wrong address, even though I tell them specifically where to send it. They also regularly swap the flavors of my medication, even though I specify the same flavor every time. In addition, they will put a different flavor on the label that is actually in the medication. THE. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE!!!! Had to call SEVEN TIMES to actually get someone one the phone, was disconnected 3 times and was left on hold for nearly 40 minutes total. With a normal pharmacy, you call the pharmacy for a refill and they call the doctor if it needs a refill. Maybe for some prescriptions, you have to call the doctor also, but, if the pharmacy had the request for a refill and it didn't come, you would think they would follow up with SOMEBODY???
