Told me I had an appointment today. I drove from St. Albans only to be told that they didn't have an appointment scheduled, despite being mailed paperwork with my appointment date written on it. It was supposed to be my first appointment at this facility, but after being told they couldn't see me, I wouldn't trust them with my health. Very unprofessional.

Staff is caring and very helpful.
If your wait time is a little longer than anticipated, it's because the practitioners are spending more than the proscribed number of minutes in their handbook with the person before you. You'll get the same personal, unrushed care. I only work with the nursing staff and Karen Towle and they are excellent.
