Charged me for their mistake 3 weeks after I had already paid the quoted price. Didn't even notify me that they were charging my card "on file" until after the fact. And because i live paycheck to paycheck it sent my account into the negative. I called to get some answers and tell them what they did and they couldn't have carred less. Basically saying it was my fault i didnt pay. The 1st lady told me to take it up with my bank and hung up on me. The 2nd lady told me "it is what it is".
