Beware! We took our mower there and we never got it back. Worse he screamed at my husband when he tried to discuss it with him. Apparently he removed all the mower tags and got them mixed up, lost our mower. Cops won't do anything, they were afraid. Wouldn't be surprised if he hurts someone. Go elsewhere.
Chuck was very nice the moment I dropped off my John Deere tractor off on a recent Monday and discussed picking it up in 5 days. Things took a drastic turn when I stopped on Friday to pick up the mower. Nothing was done. He yelled at me a said "some people don't get their mower back for weeks, sometimes months!" Took me in on a Saturday after I called on a Friday asking for assistance next week. Seasonal hours sometimes put them in the garage on weekends. Big brand store which I have a lowe opinion of said my repair would take 3 weeks... Diagnosed and resolved my issue in a little over an hour. Great, personable service.
Very nasty, bad attitude. I would never give him anymore of my business or refer him to anyone I knew. Not friendly customer service. If you like being yelled at this is the place to go.
