I seached for a year and a half...for the right place for my lovely Mom!!!..My brother and I looked high and low....and I'm telling you now.....the Director....the staff....is above what I found in Chapel Hill at the most elegant places....3 times the money....1st thing we noticed as we walked inside is it doesn't smell like urine.. My mother has been at Eno Pointe for two months and I am extremely happy with my decision to move her to this facility. This is the cleanest facility I have been in and the staff and nurses are so friendly, supportive and wonderful with all the people are living at Eno Pointe. My mom talks about how well she is taken care of and how someone is always checking in on her. This gives me such peace of mind as I do not live close by. My husband and I are very pleased with the compassionate and excellent care the staff at Eno Pointe provided to my mother during her two year stay. The facility was always very clean and well organized. The staff provided three good meals a day with plenty of snacks in between. She was always kept clean and her medications were given as directed. The activities for the residents allowed for time to make new friends and provide entertainment. I can never say enough good things about Sandra Moore and her employees at this facility. My mom was there for a year and 9 months and they were the most caring people of any facility I ever put her in. She was 95 years old when she passed. They were outstanding on their treatment of the families and their residents during the Covid virus. My mother was at Eno Pointe Assisted Living after two hospitalizations and died there in the middle of June. During her stays she received the very best care. All of the staff were exceptionally caring, compassionate, and supportive of my mother and her family.
