This place is a total scam, and they commit fraud. They spring hidden charges on you that they didn't disclose over the phone before you bring your pet in. And then they blame a "new person who hasn't been fully trained yet" (but isn't that new person their responsibility?). When I authorized them to charge my card for $X for services (the amount we were told it would cost), I was blown away to see that they charged twice the amount I authorized them to charge!
