The staff knowledge of John Deere is excellent. If you have questions, ask these guys.. Service, however, is another matter. Brought my lawn tractor in for service on a Friday. The staff said they would look at it Tuesday, maybe Wednesday. I saw a number of units ahead of me....this made sense. 15 days later they send me the quote. Fifteen. My unit went in needing a $200 repair that was quoted to me, I left paying a $800 dollar bill, they wanted $1,400. They said the reason it was 5× the quote was because they just let the guy keep working in the back. What a joke 🤣🤣. I would never go back to any enns Brothers in Manitoba. Don't get me wrong I do love my tractor. They did not put any extra parts on my machine they just told me that it took 8 hours to adjust my valves cuz they're really stupid

Great service! I didn’t buy a tractor but I needed help and the employees here were beyond lovely and helpful. The team greeted me with pleasant smiles and a helpful hand and I spent some time browsing the toys and WOW what a cool selection! Hats off to the staff here at ENNS brothers, if I ever need a tractor , here is where I’ll come!
