Called to see if they had the part I needed, they verified it was there. Drove there, the people were friendly and accommodating and I was back on the road in no time.
Over priced and incorrect information.
REVISED REVIEW. one star to four star HORRIFIC and INEPT. My husband brought our riding lawn mower in for a complete service in March. When we FINALLY picked up our mower- paid $2400.00 for general repairs and updates, the service department informed us that the engine was failing on our machine. WHY would you repair $2400.00 worth of insignificant items if the engine isn't working??? We brought the mower home... and it would not run!!! Not easy to deal with. Hard to get ahold of. Say they will call back but then don't. Not a good experience. I was told to contact a manager, who also was not helpful and difficult to get ahold of. The labour was more than double the parts. There was a complete breakdown of communication. This is the Steinbach location. I do not recommend.
Dear Deere, most people know that the great JD charges more for their products! But double is ridiculous. I called for two rear tires and a mower spindle for a D 140 lawn tractor. The tires were $201 per tire and not in stock, but they had a spindle for $110 plus $1 for each of the 4 bolts holding the spindle on. I said thank you for the pricing and bought Two spindles off Amazon for $71 total for both and they came with all new nuts and bolts.
