My experience with Ennoble Care PCP has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. The level of disorganization and lack of communication is alarming for a healthcare provider. Calls go unanswered, messages are not returned in a timely manner, and scheduling is chaotic at best. It often feels like patients are an afterthought rather than a priority. If I could leave one star I would. They do not return calls for several days, even weeks. Lack of responsiveness causes all issues to become urgent. Needed medications do not get refilled, repeated calls and messages do not get returned. Office blames practitioner, practitioner blames office. Excuses every time and it's shameful. I am highly frustrated since not only is this completely unacceptable, it is dangerous to the patient. Horrible, horrible service.
