Done warranty work on my zt mower fixed it right up and ordered the spindle I needed. A wonder family business that take pride in the work they do. Would recommend them every time.
I’m very pleased with the service I received from Ennis Products Inc. for my hedge trimmers that are under warranty. Professional and friendly staff. They have my recommendation.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! They don’t return your calls, they won’t have a title to your vehicle/ATV that you purchased through them and then hang up on you when you are trying to resolve an outstanding issue!! Poor customer service and useless lady that answers the phone with terrible phone etiquette skills!! Beware and use someone else!! Would give 0 stars if I could.
Great experience with folks at Ennis. Had my lawnmower back repaired within 24 hours after Ennis received the repair parts from the manufacturer.
