About this business
In June of 2005 we started out rebuilding alternators and starters, along with component sales, and have grown from there. Now we still do alternators and starters but we are also the #1 dealer for Husqvarna and Bennche in Rice. Along with that we are the authorized service center for over 50 brands of power tools, lawn care equipment and sport vehicles. Our expertise doesn't stop there, we also sell and install residential and commercial solar and wind power units. Whew that's a lot of stuff we do.

I took my Massimo UTV to them on the Feb 5th. I called them back after two weeks and was told it was repaired. Rita said she submitted all the paperwork to the warranty company and that they were waiting to hear back from them. She said I could pick it up once it had been paid. I called back again on Feb 21st and Rita said they had not heard anything from the warranty company. I told her that I would contact the warranty company and find out what the issue was. I took a Milwaukee tool in to be fixed under warranty and got it back working like it was brand new! Great people and amazing service I highly recommend Ennis Products!
I took my massimo t-550 to Ennis products on 1 Oct 24, it is now 23 Oct 24. When I took it in I was told by Rita that I would hear from them but machine "won't be fixed". I called on 22 Oct, was told would call back. No joy. On 23 Oct. Called and spoke with Judith now she is telling me work has been completed. I don't know who is lying to me but someone is. Took a Generac pressure washer for warranty work. 3 months later, they said they fixed it, I picked it up, and it wouldn’t stay on longer than 30 seconds! They lied to Generac after I reached out to them saying they had finished it after a few weeks, and that I allowed it to sit there the whole time, then blamed it on bad gas. Nothing can be further from the truth. Unethical. I’ll drive to Corsicana or Waxahachie next time to get my small engine stuff repaired.
I am a widow who tries to fix everything I can, and have been fixing my riding mower myself. I replaced several spindles and pulleys but this time the blade came right off. Ennis Products is a Husqvarna dealer and when I called they actually put a man on the phone to answer my questions. He was patient and obviously very knowledgeable and told me I probably bent the deck and that he could straighten the deck and balance the blades, replace the spindle and one blade for just 1 and 1/2 hours labor.
