Poor Customer Service I bought a Kitchen Aid refidgerator a few months ago. The first one they brought had a dent in the side. The service department didn't really want to replace it, but wanted to give me $100 back on a $2500 refridgerator. They finally replaced it. The left door never closed on its own. WE LOVE Ennis! While my husband and I both think it is very important to support local business, sometimes you pay a higher price for that support but not at Ennis! The prices are low and the service is more than FANTASTIC! We have been customers with them for years and when we call for service for an appliance, they are there that day! these guys not only would not sell me the wrong part (my bad) they helped me diagnose -buy the right part and fix my fridge .saved me a tonne of money sears wanted 300 . with Ennis it cost 65. will use these guys in future.

I bought a new Whirlpool microwave. Dealer delivered, installed and took my old unit away. Priced right compared to every other dealer in Columbia. Had the unit in stock, so I didn't have to wait like all the big box stores. Delivered and installed the next day as promised. Installers arrived within 15 minutes of their stated time and were in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Worked on our old washer numerous times. They are coming out to install a dishwasher Wednesday. They installed a stove for us too. When you talk to them, they can answer your questions. They are very knowledgable and down to earth. Easy to understand. They take the time to explain every feature when they install an appliance.

Wonderful service. Dryer was on the fritz. Called and they got me scheduled quickly. Called before they came out and Zach was great with my son who was very interested in learning what was being done.

I have purchased stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers from Ennis over the past 30 years and their service and products they recommend are wonderful. Could NOT as for better service and consideration from them. I won't buy anywhere else.
