Poor Customer Service I bought a Kitchen Aid refidgerator a few months ago. The first one they brought had a dent in the side. The service department didn't really want to replace it, but wanted to give me $100 back on a $2500 refridgerator. They finally replaced it. The left door never closed on its own. great people to work with Ennis has wonderful service even on appliances they don't sale. Great employees, very helpful and I felt very well treated as a customer.
WE LOVE Ennis! While my husband and I both think it is very important to support local business, sometimes you pay a higher price for that support but not at Ennis! The prices are low and the service is more than FANTASTIC! We have been customers with them for years and when we call for service for an appliance, they are there that day!
