On November 8 th I went into Enman’s store and I didn’t know what to ask for. I needed a new tv. The manager, Robert met me at the door ( it was just at opening) and showed me what was available. He explained all about the tv I was interested in purchasing.. When he heard that I had not had a tv for the past four weeks he sent his technician over that afternoon to set it up. Purchased a sound system and 55” TV. The sound system was never operational, so I returned it within two days, for even the technician was unsuccessful, in his many attempts, to get it to work properly. The owner gave us nothing but attitude upon returning!! He stated, “what am I supposed to do with it, for you haven’t returned it in the box?” I stated the technician took the box when he delivered the system.
