had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Mu. From the moment I walked in, he was dismissive, condescending, and showed no concern for me as a patient. His bedside manner was nonexistent—he was rude, rushed through the appointment, and didn’t take the time to ask questions or allow me to ask any of my own. I felt completely unheard and disrespected. I went to this place and I told the doctor that I am not on thyroid medicine and my regular doctor took me off and apparently the Dr Mu says I am on it no I am not on thyroid medicine and did blood work on 2 13 25 and want me to come back on 4-10-25 and repeat again like you are going to get the same results from 2-13-25 that is stupid I have been on thyroid medicine before all it did was weaken my immune system so If I ever had to take it again I will not and all it was is a sleeping pill for me I have been on Multivitamin ... read more
Dr. Mu is the best endocrinologist!
The insurance clerk (won't say her name) does NOTHING. She even told me that she got "sidetracked " filing my insurance. She My husband pay up front and he did NOT have to now I'm having trouble collecting that upfront money back. I'm sure if it was her money she would not have gotten side tracked!!! JUST BEWARE!! If they ask you to pay and you have insurance make them run the insurance while you are there!!!!!!
Dr lianke mu helped my fiancé 's diabetic and he also helped me by his recommend portions for stop hunger issues even I haven't met him but my fiancé say he's good dr !!! Wow !!! I would anyone go to him for diabetic or weight loss !!!
