I love this place bc on 2015 I got the best physical therapy I had in my life. Now again that I need physical therapy on Oct 2024, I chose this place based on my past experience. I have gone to other PT places in town before, and they are not like Enloe outpatient..
Been doing PT here with Matthew and Zane after a high-speed bicycle crash. Can’t speak highly enough of the care I’ve received. Almost back to normal after breaking multiple bones.
This hasn’t been a good experience for me so far. PT Randy B. chose traction equipment that caused a second injury (SI joint). I came here having one issue (sciatica) and now I’ve gained another. As for the therapy, I’ve had to ask to be shown things during my session. The PT hasn’t attempted therapy with me and just wants to hook me up to a machine while he charts.
