i called and asked for an hour massage was told there is special for 40 minutes, i said an hour is fine. when i reach there again mimi told me about the special i said ill go for the normal hour. however when she said it was finished it was only 35 minutes including the table shower. there was lot of upsell and complaining when i didnt take anything else.
Great customer service very friendly staff very knowledgeable and seems to care about their work they take pride in their work hands down the best massage in town my back and body feels so relaxed and great
Make sure you check your appointment more than 3 times with them, Today was my best friend’s birthday and I reserved for 2 people an hour each a week ago, but today they only had availability for 1 person,30 minutes which massaged only for 20 minutes. Very poor management.
Easy location from tysons mall,im very satisfying my therapist was very Friendly and good skils, i will return .
