Nathan came out the same day. My problem turned out to be just resetting an outlet. He was kind enough not to charge me for my ignorance. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.
Nathan came out within a couple hours of me calling him and got the job fixed in less than an hour. I’m thankful I have someone I can call when needs like this come up after the previous owner of our installed several electrical things on his own improperly.
