I was hoping to like this practice. I had attempted to reach out via phone where you can only leave a message, but it was more complicated than a voicemail so I stopped in. There is NO office or front desk. I happened to run into a helpful young lady in the empty building who was very kind and told me to text or leave a message for Amberly, who owns the practice. I wanted to establish my son there and was also asked by my partner to help him find out who his sons counselor was because she was suppose to call him over a week ... read more
I have O.C.D. and finding a therapist that can practice in Wisconsin that focuses on what you need is hard. When I found Kayla at Enlightened Ways therapy, I felt like I had found a diamond in the rough. She was not only personable but also knew what I needed and always made me feel heard. I highly recommend Kayla, Especially for any O.C.D. related symptoms, and If symptoms ever come back I will be returning to her as well!

They don't answer their phone which makes it virtually impossible to speak with someone directly. The therapist I had been seeing became ill and the clinics that they referred me to don't accept my insurance. This is a group of young and relatively inexperienced therapists and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. Don't waste your time with this place.
