This is a fantastic gym😁 All the trainers are super friendly, great at boosting my self esteem and doing everything to ensure I get the most out of my workouts If you want a family network and not just another gym ….. then this is the place to go .
Fantastic and family friendly place to train. Trainer always there to assist and advise best practise to minimise injury. Always take the time to meet and discuss your needs. Highly recommend.

Dean, the owner creates a supportive and fun environment as you work on your fitness goals. It feels like a great big family, I highly recommend over conventional gyms.
Gym22 has fast become my home away from home. Never have I walked in and thought "this isn't my space and these aren't my people". The crew have always made me feel so welcome. The work Dean puts into tailoring the workouts specifically to enhance every one of us really shows in the family dynamic he's created. I am so grateful I found Dean and the Fit Family, I would recommend Gym22 to every body, mind, and goal - you will succeed here! There's definitely something in the water!
