Horrible and unprofessional experience. Website contained unclear information so I called to confirm services included. Discussed services desired and agreed upon a date for service. The owner, Donna, missed the appointment time. I had to call to find out she wasn't going to come that day. Gave her a second change and rescheduled for the next morning at 10 am.
