Acupuncture helps ease pain, allergies, digestion, and stress. My name is Heather Bennigsdorf and I graduated with my Master of Acupuncture Degree from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in December of 2018. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Biology and have studied Cranio-sacral and Reiki since 2016. I have personally used acupuncture to assist with digestion, headaches, and chronic back pain. My goal is to bring relief and well-being to everyone.

Heather is great! I was very anxious before my first appointment and she really put me at ease. I was able to relax and truly enjoy the treatment. I would absolutely recommend Enlightened Acupuncture!
Heather was amazing! This was my first time receiving acupuncture and she was very professional and informative. She made the experience peaceful and relaxing. I will 100% be going back for future services. I would highly recommend looking at the packages she has available!
Heather has a naturally calming presence and was very patient and reassuring. This was my first experience with acupuncture and I get a little anxious about needles. She went slow, explained what she was doing at each step, and made sure I was ready before proceeding. I will definitely be scheduling with her again!
She does an excellent job making sure her clients are relaxed and comfortable during any and all of her appointments. She is very knowledgeable about all of the techniques she provides.
Heather is awesome!! Her knowledge and skills are top notch. I go in with big knots and tightness in my neck and shoulders. When I leave I can roll my shoulders and feel so relaxed! I have seen her for acupuncture and gua sha previously. This last time she added some cupping. I really appreciate that Heather does what ever my body needs.
