I had a fantastic experience at Enlighten Wellness! Loved the red light sauna and massage, but my favorite was the float. What a serene experience. I felt rejuvenated and reset afterwards, both mentally and physically!
Lovely and relaxing experience! this was my 2nd float and I know I will sleep really well and my HRV (which I track regularly as an athlete who cares about recovery) will improve after this session. Highly recommend! The customer service is great , they are friendly and helpful , the space is serene and clean! Will definitely be a regular client :)
I just found my new favorite wellness sanctuary in San Ramon and I’m obsessed! I did the red light therapy, tried the gravity massage chair, and spent an hour in the float pod… and wow.
