I purchased a Groupon for this spa. When I went to make an appointment less than a month later the spa had shut down and the phone was disconnected! Buyer beware!

I purchased a groupon for a service at this spa. I tried over the web to find any type of appointment open for the service. Eventually I got in and received two confirmation emails of the appointment. The day of, 2 hours before my appointment, I received an email saying it was canceled. I tried to reschedule but the service for which I purchased the groupon was no longer offered. I got cancelled my appointment several times. Called but no reply. Then I had appointment and nobody at locations or open the door. Now phone doesn't work. Worse place ever. Instead relax, I got stressed out

I purchased the groupon for three massage treatments. I had to book 1-2 months out because of their busy schedule. Two of my massages were cancelled by them with no reason given. I have tried calling to ask why and if my groupon could be extended because of them canceling these services and me having to now book well past my groupon expiration date. I agree about having a very hard time scheduling an appointment. I was given a groupon voucher with 3 massages, I was only able to get 1 massage scheduled before it expired since this "spa" is very busy and practically impossible to get someon on the phone, even during normal business hours. I will never consider coming here or buying a voucher for this place again.
